At the heart of Bellarine Springs is our modern, spacious, central and fully appointed Community Centre, where you can sit back and relax with friends, or get as involved and active as you choose.

The Community Centre opened in September 2017. Inspired by the designs of famed mid-Century architect Frank Lloyd-Wright, the Community Centre abounds with natural light and makes the most of serene views that sweep across the village bowling green to the spectacular You Yangs mountain range beyond.

With a heated, chlorine-free indoor swimming pool and spa, along with a wide range of facilities and amenities, it’s a place to foster friendships with like-minded village residents and enjoy all kinds of entertainment and activities to enhance your soul, body and mind.
