Bellarine Springs is our Drysdale retirement village; a quality independent living community for over 55’s, ultimately offering 194 homes on twenty four acres of beautiful gardens and parkland. We are located in the regional hub of Drysdale (101 Central Rd) and only 18 minutes’ drive from Geelong.

The village includes a brand new state-of-the-art Community Centre featuring heated indoor swimming pool, a spa, plus a whole range of facilities and amenities to take care of your entertainment, relaxation and health.

Pinnacle Living is a Melbourne based, family owned company run by a team of property design, development and management experts. In 2004, we established our extraordinarily successful Tudor Village in Lilydale, followed by Yarrbat Place in Balwyn in 2008. We specialise in creating and managing vibrant, high quality retirement communities. Our aim is to offer the best standards of quality in our homes, facilities, staff and services. We strive to meet the individual needs and desires of our residents by responding quickly and positively to ensure their comfort, happiness and peace of mind.

Bellarine Springs is for independently capable people aged 55 years/over or are retired from full-time employment (or are spouses/partners of such people). We have many residents who work casual or part time, often on a volunteer basis. You will live in a community of likeminded people who look for an easy, relaxing lifestyle that’s full of variety, warm friendships and peace of mind.

Your safety is of utmost importance to us. At Bellarine Springs all homes are fitted with front security doors with master keyed locks. We also have CCTV Coverage and a monitored alarm in the Pavilion and Community Centre. All residents have an individual emergency response system. By pressing your personal issue pendant or a prominent button on a specially designed telephone, you can call for assistance from our own trained emergency response staff. The system is monitored 24 hours every day. Up-to-date resident medical information and emergency family contacts is kept in the strictest confidence by the Village Manager for quick access in an emergency. Information is used by medical and emergency staff only on a need’s basis.

The village has public liability and building insurance. You will need your own insurance for the contents of your home, and any other policies you might need.

Your health and well-being is our main priority and we offer the following services in our Community Centre:

Of course! Pets are always welcome at Bellarine Springs if you keep them in accordance with the relevant policy, so they will not disturb other residents. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the village.

You are completely free to go on a holiday whenever you wish. Simply let our Village Manager know about your plans and we will make any arrangements to look after your home and collect your mail whilst you are away and welcome you home again. All ongoing external maintenance will be covered by your monthly service fee.

Your guests are always welcome at Bellarine Springs and can share in enjoying the facilities and activities with you throughout the village.
