We have toured numerous villages, estates and developments and found that Bellarine Springs felt like a regular housing estate with country club facilities, compared to other 'caravan park' gridded street scape 'villages'. It had the all important community feel, without the dreaded 'compound' mentality. No doubt this is a combination of owners, management and residents, however you as sales manager are the face of Bellarine Springs for perspective residents and their families. Your professionalism demonstrated in your knowledge of current properties and developments along with your warmth shown by your familiarity with residents, facilities and programs had a huge impact on our impression of Bellarine Springs.
We felt that you balanced the best interests of the vendor, the buyer and Bellarine Springs very well, you were open and informative without promising anything, which enabled us to feel comfortable asking questions and instilled faith in the overall culture and management of Bellarine Springs. The time and patience you showed, understanding how big a decision it is, showing us multiple properties, some repeatedly, to ensure mum and dad were happy and confident in their choice was just terrific. We appreciate you making yourself available at short notice to facilitate this and your ability to explain the long lease process and financial requirements in easily understood terms was also greatly appreciated.
